Baka and her Pabo;

Recently i haven't been sleeping well...something happened a few days after my assessments are all done...

One night, i slept as usual. I dreamt. But the dream that i dreamt were horrible. Here's how it goes.

I was with my friends, Yati and Fid. And we wanna walked pass this haunted house. Suddenly when we were in front of the house, i felt myself (not the me in the dream, the real me who is sleeping) being carried up by some magnetic force. No i'm serious. I really felt myself literally off my bed. My eyes were closed and i couldn't open my mouth. I tried to force myself to open my mouth. Finally i managed to open my mouth and the word that came out of my mouth were "Bismillah". After i said that, the magnetic force thing was gone. After that, i couldn't sleep and my mum had to come to my room to accompany me to sleep. Even though she's in my room, i still can't sleep.

Then a few days later, i dreamt another horrible dream. It goes like this.

I was with a couple of friends and we were in a lift. The lift door couldn't be close so it was ok. Anyway, the lift started moving in all directions and i was holding onto one of my friends' hand when suddenly i felt i couldn't move my hand. (yes again, it's the real me who's sleeping.) I tried to force my hand to move but couldn't. Finally i managed to say "Bismillah" again and my hand were able to move. After that i slept again. And this time, i dreamt of ghost. I tried to scream but couldn't. Finally it was too scary to continue with the dream, i force myself to wake up. After that, I couldn't sleep at all, so i watched videos on my laptop.

All those times when i dream, i slept for like, half and hour or an hour. Which means, the moment i sleep until i woke up from the dream, it's like only half and hour or an hour. The rest of the time, i just watched videos and wishing i could sleep in peace. I don't know why and i don't know how, but i just wanna sleep peacefully. I wished someone could help me. I don't know what's gonna happen. Nowadays i always dread whenever it's time for me to sleep. Switching on the lights doesn't help either. I need help. Please help me.
